OUTRAGE IN INDIANAPOLIS! ABATE of Indiana shares in the outrage of all motorcyclists following the announcement of alcohol related charges being dropped in the case related to the tragic incident involving an IMPD patrol car and three motorcyclists on Friday, August 5th. Motorcyclist Eric Wells died as a result of this accident. ABATE has contacted the office of the mayor, chief of police and prosecutor in search of answers for this unconscionable turn of events. ABATE will remain vigilant in the quest for justice in this tragic and frustrating situation as a mere "slap on the wrist" will not be deemed acceptable.
